What happens if it rains?
We offer tours rain or shine. Downpours are very rare in Brussels.

Do you provide the bikes?
Yes we do. We have different sizes for your comfort.

Do you have child seats?
We have one child seat for up to 20 Kg. You can reserve it when you make your booking.

Is is safe to bike in Brussels?
Sure, if it wasn’t, we wouldn’ be doing it ourselves. We make sure you have a fun and safe ride.

Is there a minimum age to join?
You need to be at least 12 years old. Children of up to 20 Kg. can join in the chid seat for free.

How do I get from Brussels National airport to the Grand Place?
The easiest and cheapest way is to take the train at the airport (one every 15 minutes) and to get off at Brussels Central station (17 minute ride). From there walk 5 minutes to the Grand Place.

How do I get from Brussels Midi station to the Grand Place?
You can either walk 20 minutes or take trams 3, 4, 31 or 32 and get off at “Bourse” stop, from there walk 5 minutes to the Grand Place.  A taxi would take less than 10 minutes and cost you about 7 Euros.
